You can do this anywhere, with no equipment. All levels can do this, just go at your own max pace. Lean Body Series: Workout #11 Tabata (16 mins)
OPTIONAL: A single 5-15 lb dumbbell
Tabata 1) Jab cross jab knee (L&R 4 sets) / Back kick, knee, front kick (or front jump kick) 4 sets
Tabata 2) Plank kick throughs ALTERNATE plank jack shoulder taps
Tabata 3) Double-knee side-kick (4 sets) / Static squat cross-punches (SSD)
Tabata 4) Superman plank knee-to-elbow (4 sets) / Stand up sit ups (4 sets)
