This Tabata lets no muscle escape brutality! It’s a total body workout with a lot of sneaky core work in every move. You can do 1-3 rounds of this workout or if you would like a 1 hour combined cardio and strength workout, I recommend combining with Fat Torcher Tabata: Lean Body Series #17 and Body Sculpt Strength #2. Tabata 1) Plank drag Spidermans (4 sets) / Single- leg push-ups or Hell-raiser (4 sets)
Tabata 2) Switch lunge Burpee (4 sets) / Squat, decline plank knee-to-elbow Burpee (4 sets)
Tabata 3) Curtsey lunge w/ kick (L&R) (4 sets) / Renegade row triceps kick-back (4 sets)
Tabata 4) Plank jack, Everest Burpees (4 sets) / Stand-up sit-up Burpees (L&R 4 sets)
